Lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff, in a good location away from the main tourist areas. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, and the pool area is a great place to relax and unwind. However, it seems as if there are fewer staff than was the case a year ago, most notably at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet.

Had an excellent stay at Voco Bonnington Dubai. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with fantastic city views. The rooftop pool and lounge area were definite highlights—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Convenient location, close to attractions and transport links. Highly recommended!

Overall stay was amazing , all the staff from front desk , room service, dining crew are all very polite and easy to asked for help. The cleanliness of the room are great, we have a daily cleaning crew that comes in and get our bed taking care off. Bathroom amenities are restocked every day.
