Dubai Celts GAA

McGettigan's Irish Pub at the Bonnington Hotel is a proud sponsor of the Dubai Celts GAA. First established in 1995, the Dubai Celts are now the Gulf region’s most high profile member of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The GAA is a volunteer led, community based organisation that promotes Irish indigenous games of hurling and Gaelic football and also promotes ladies football, camogie, handball and rounders. The Dubai Celts are the organisers of the annual Dubai Duty Free Gaelic Games, which sees GAA teams from the region and further afield come to Dubai for a weekend of Gaelic sports.
